ROCKLEDGE

My name is Danella Kerstetter. I began my teaching career at Rockledge Christian in 2000. I am a part of the Middle School teaching staff and my emphasis is mathematics. I am certified in secondary education. In addition, I have also taught History, Bible & Science. I am proud to have been a part of starting and administrating Accelerated Reader (AR) here at RCS. This program has proved to be a valuable addition to our excellent curriculum to assess and increase reading comprehension in our students. I have also coordinated our School's library and annual book fairs. In addition, I have both assisted and coached girl's volleyball and have been a support for our boys and girls basketball teams.

I am married to my wonderful husband Ken, who, in addition to being the principal of RCS, is also a Chaplain with the Army National Guard. We have 3 children Tyler, Taylor & Tara who keep us very active. Between our busy family life and active church involvement, there is little time for much else. However, I do enjoy the occasional shopping spree with my girls!
